went to xxxbank to renew roadtax for a client and met a uncivil staff.
with a full of resent in my head, i wrote a feedback to the bank:
"i went to renew my roadtax at ss2 branch yesterday, an officer come towards me and help on my enquiry. everything going fine and i was glad there's no other customer around and i thought i can proceed very fast. at the moment the officer want to use the phone to call kepong branch (i request to courrier to kepong) to confirm on their address, suddenly PN FORIDA come and grab the phone and make SEVERAL calls which is NOT RELEVENT while me and the officer are waiting to use the phone! she calls for > 10minutes infront of me and refuse to move from the table we are using, although my officer request her to move. i wonder what kind of attitute is this and she totally dont have sense on customer service. i end up spent more time than i expected although there's no queue. probably xxxbank should give further training on customer service and efficiency, to differentiate what is important and what is not. thank you."
two days later i receive a call from operation manager.
"hello mr harry, we would like to apologize for bla bla bla...."
"no worry sir, i'm fine."
"we hope to see your continuous support on our services bla bla bla..."
"i will. i understand it's not the bank's fault, every bank have unpleasent staff anyway."
"hahaha..." *speechless*
"ok bye."
wondering what going to happen on pn forida.
like i'm very 衰.

With the branch available in SS2 and kepong, sounds like it's affin, public or cimb?
tell u all wat, i went to collect the roadtax at kepong and they end up didnt courrier to kepong branch and keep it on dust at kuantan. til the last day b4 the roadtax expire only i manage to collect it.
it's a proton car, and u know all proton use hire purchase from which bank.
