31% discount - on it's quality

i'm not really an ice cream fans but once a while i would like to have some.
there was a day i saw an advertising on newspaper says it's 31st and baskin robbins giving 31% discount on their ice cream.
and i'm in the mood.
so i head to carrefour to grab one and this is what i bought.

what's your flavor?
i chose very berry strawberry.
i tried a few times in the shop (but not this flavor) and i had very good impression on baskin robbins.
i really look forward to taste and enjoy this bloody expensive snack when i on the way home.
my very first take away baskin robbins.
when you got hope, you got disappointment.
the upper level in this cup got no taste at all, the cream is not milky, and there's no strawberry inside.
i only finished the top 10%.
i wondering how could this happen and i left it in the fridge.
younger sis found it and ate 60%, claim that it was fine.
yesterday i was in mood again and wanted to give this very berry one more chance.
ya the same cup, there was 30% left.
so i ate a few spoon, it taste better than i thought.
when there's hope, here come the disappointment.
right after the few spoon, the bottom of the cup is all ICE.
ice cream - cream = ice.
ice with all the sweetener! pink color ice!

bloody hell baskin robbins.
wondering where's the quality control gone.
