my wives

intro:
i got my first car since age of 18, dad bought it for me.
a brand new kancil 850 manual.
and that's the only car in my house, dad didn't own any cause his boss is kind enough to lend him one since the first day he work there.
the brand new kancil cost like rm28k++ @ 4% interest = rm500 per month for 5 years.
i know it's a burden for dad cause he is the only man who earn at home and we got 4 sibling to feed.
end up we still buying it and thanks to the systematic + well planned traffic at KL.
driving from my house to college is like 20mins+.
and 90mins by public transport (15mins walking to bus stop, 2 x bus with a interchange at chow kit, wait and queue at bus stop etc).
i got very excited of arrival of this big new toy, and i love her in my first sight.
she is green and cute with a random number plate.
ya we didn't choose the number plate to save cost.
i treat her like my wife, drive very carefully, bath her everyweek.

i work part-time and eat bread to buy gift for her.
i use all my money to buy a cd player so that she can sing well.
then i keep earning and saving to upgrade the sound system.
i buy amplifier, woofer and new speakers.
even cable and wiring cost me a few hundred bugs.
then i increase her cornering performance by upgrade the suspension and spring.
and a spoiler so that she looks more sporty.
i drive her everyday, race with mat rempit on the road, and woo toing.
i even propose to toing (to be my gf la) in this car.
so much of memories, good one and bad one.
ya, bad one like accident, bang people's car and bang by strangers.
who doesn't met an accident before anyway, especially newbie.
it's so common if you drive in the city everyday.
bang bang bang.
other bad memory is like someone punch into my car window and took away my cd player, coins, and sunglass.
wtf isn't?
then i take the responsible to pay the installment when i step into working life.
so the car end up cost like rm40k+ after settlement and those modifications.
then i thinking to change a new car after settlement.
see, human's behavior. lots of imagination when you got very little extra money.
the car dealer ask if i want to trade with my wife.
with a resale value of....rm6k!!!
rm40k -------> rm6k!!!
i say i rather keep it as my family / spare car, everyone can use.
i think i had more joy looking at her parking at roadside outside my resident than the stooopid rm6k.
once a while i still drive her to walk with me, telling her my stories.

so the intro end here and i gonna tell you the story.

~driving my little green~

so last week toing drive this little green to appointment.
right after 10mins she left home, i receive her call.
"kancil's glass suddenly broken! i'm coming back to change a car!"
"walao! don't need come in, i drive a car out to exchange with you."
see, from this dialogue you will think it's not serious, maybe the passanger screen broken or whatever. yeah i think so.
so i drive out and found toing standing at roadside, she gave me the car key and pointing at a parking space: "your wife is inside, i got to go."
ok fine, she is rushing and we didn't talk much.
so i found my wife at a corner, the windscreen is all cracked! like spider web!
then i press a little, and it looks like this:

and i shouted "woo~hoo~!" when the glass fall.

so what to do? the windscreen is not insured!
yeah. insurance agent doesn't purchase complete coverage for his own asset. wtf.
who knows this going to happen right?
it's just a spare car! and parking at roadside at most of the time!
but accident never happen in your prediction.
this is what we call unforseen circumstances.
i know i going to bear this risk since i never transfer the risk to insurance company.

on the way to repair.
eye cannot open, too windy. super windy. luckily no rain.
fortunately my bro-in-law own a workshop, and i got special offer.
i wonder i shall insured the windscreen on my next due?
it's just a spare car!
but accident could happen anytime, anywhere.
